How long does it actually take?
Production runs 3–5 weeks from deposit. Ocean freight and final delivery add roughly 4–6 weeks. Budget 8–12 weeks door to door — we'll confirm your timeline in writing in your quote, and update you at every step.
What's the minimum order?
Our smallest package is the Barber Duo (2 chairs). Single chairs are available — per-unit pricing is simply better in packages, which is how most owners order anyway. Volume pricing starts at 6 stations.
What does the branding cost?
Nothing extra. Logo embroidery or embossing and brand-color matching are included in package pricing. Every mainstream supplier gives you a color for free — we include the logo they don't sell.
What logo file do you need?
A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) is ideal; a high-resolution PNG works too. No logo yet? Send what you have — the mockup comes first, and we'll show you exactly how it will look on the furniture.
How do deposits work?
50% deposit begins production; the balance is due before your order ships. Exact terms for your order are spelled out in your written quote. No surprises, everything agreed up front.
How is it shipped?
Palletized freight to your door, with liftgate service for addresses without a dock. Your quote includes freight — one number, no separate shipping bill. You'll get tracking and updates throughout.
What warranty do I get?
Every piece carries a 12-month warranty on hydraulics, bases, and mechanisms, with replacement parts shipped free during the warranty period. Chairs are rated for commercial daily use (450 lb hydraulic rating).
Do the shampoo units need special plumbing?
No — they use standard connections. Your local plumber or GC does the final hookup during build-out, same as any shampoo unit from a domestic supplier.
Is this commercial grade?
Yes — the same construction the mainstream salon brands sell: steel frames, commercial hydraulics, contract-grade vinyl. The difference is the channel, not the chair: factory-direct instead of three layers of distribution markup.
Can I match my exact brand color?
Send your color code (Pantone, hex, or a physical swatch) and we'll match the vinyl and station finishes to it. A physical color sample can be mailed for approval on larger orders.
